Within 14 days we will gladly EXCHANGE or give STORE CREDIT on regular priced items. Must have a receipt. Shoes must accompany shoe box. Shoes not have been worn outside. Clothing items must have tags attached. Clothing must not have been worn. NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES on sale items.
If we do not have the item in stock we will be more than happy to order if for you. Due to many people not picking up special orders there will be a shipping and handling fee of $20.00. This $20.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to your purchase when it arrives. If you do not take the ordered item the fee will no longer be applied to another purchase. "No Exceptions"
