Personal Information: I have 2 beautiful children, Mark and Kyla and a great partner Shawn Frain. Mark is playing hockey for the Kamloops Blazers and is loving it. To see him live his dream is very exciting for our family. Kyla is attending Sahali Secondary. Kyla has joined our team at Runners' Sole and is enjoying it. She is currently training for her first triathlon. Shawn and I just finished Vegas half marathon and are now training for World Masters in March 2010. Looking forward to taking groups out snowshoeing this winter.Call the store to be put on the group list.

Personal info: I grew up in Burns Lake BC and stepped onto my first pair of skis at age 6. From there I didn’t look back. I came up through the provincial cross country ski program with many Provincial and national medals and championships. Right now I have my sights set on trying to qualify for the 2010 Olympic Games in Whistler. I have also taken on the position of head coach for the Overlander Ski Club in Kamloops BC.
